Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• United States: 7–14 business days
• United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
• European Union: 10–18 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high-demand periods.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your confirmation.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. ILLUMINNE is not responsible for customs delays.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days (USA/UK) or 25 business days (EU), contact us at support@illuminne.com. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, issue a full refund or reship at no charge.
